Rising Wind

German-Style Export Lager

Rising Wind is a medium-bodied, well-balanced German-style export lager. It is brewed using the finest German specialty malts along with European hops. It has a golden hue and a nice earthy, spicy hop aroma from the Saaz hops. It goes well with chicken and pasta as well as fatty flavorful fish like salmon, swordfish or tuna. It is also delicious with a linguica patty or a bratwurst with sauerkraut.

“Our sail was now set, and with the still rising wind, we rushed along; the boat going with such madness through the water, that the lee oars could scarcely be worked rapidly enough to escape being torn from the row-locks.” Chapter 48, “The First Lowering”
