Leg and Arm
Leg and Arm is the 100th Chapter in our namesake novel, Moby Dick. Leg and Arm Brut IPA is the 100th brew here at Moby Dick Brewing Company.
Brut IPAs are the big rage currently on the West Coast. Most beers finish between 204 degrees plato with water being 0* plato. Brut IPAs use an enzyme which helps them finish below zero so technically they arew less dense than water. Since they finish below zero, they tend to be very dry.
These beers are usually very carbonated hence effervescent. They are dry like a brut champagne. This beer has a lot of hop aroma with a bit of hop flavor that finishes off very dry. This beer should be very versatile and pair well with most foods and cheeses.
